"What a beautiful riad 😍 From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after. The staff were kind, attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. The difference in hospitality compared to other places we visited during our trip was night and day.
The riad itself is stunning. Traditional Moroccan charm, beautiful décor, spotless rooms and a peaceful atmosphere despite being in such a great location. Everything felt authentic and well cared for.
One of the highlights was how relaxing the experience was. Whether we were enjoying breakfast, spending time around the pool or enjoying the HAMAM & SPA!!! there was always a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff genuinely made us feel at home.
The location was also perfect. Close enough to explore the Medina and Jemaa el-Fnaa on foot, while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the busy streets outside.
Thank you to everyone at Palais Moulay Said for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Marrakech. ❤️❤️❤️"

"Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day.
Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok .

"Pros:
- Hotel grounds are extremely well kept and clean, grass is cut and it is aesthetically pleasing
- Restaurant food was good, it did not give us any stomach issues or food poisoning
- Water park is decent for children, I have been to better but this will keep the children entertained.
CONS:
- Room was awfully designed - the toilet was separate and the sink was separate in the shower room, extremely unusual dynamic. It meant that we had to come out of the toilet without washing hands and then wash in the shower room. VERY STRANGE
- the shower has zero privacy, so unless you want your children to see you naked or anyone else you are sharing with, it is a big NO. You can see into the shower room, not sure why they have this.
- rooms are very dated, not4* standard, old.
- not enough storage in rooms
- staff in the restaurant are not helpful but this is because they are understaffed, they have one or two waiters managing an entire area, so every single time we had to request water and cutlery, it was very slow.
- food hygiene is awful - not enough tongs to pick up food, vegetarian food and meat food next to each other which meant people mixed the tongs due to shortage of tongs
- the worst thing for us was, NO Kettle to make baby formula. We begged with them to provide us with one so we could feed our baby and agreed to pay an extra charge, however, they did not provide this. So we had to keep going to the bar every time to make formula. NOT ideal if you have a baby."
"The staff, the property maintenance, breakfast 10/10. There is construction currently going on but it did not disturb my sleep. The property is next to a mall and Buddha bar restaurant."
