"I stayed at this resort a few years ago and we had a good experience so We decided to stay again this time but didn’t enjoy our stay as much.
The room we got was on the ground floor. We had too many bugs in our room. A huge spider too. The bathroom sink was blocked. The toilet seat was leaking the entire time we stayed and there was water everywhere. The weather was 100F and our room AC barely worked. Our baby was sweating in the middle of the night and we called maintenance to come and take a look at it. He washed the filters and it worked a little better than before.
Overall, we didn’t enjoy our stay this time and will not be returning again."
"The property is beautifully kept, and the three swimming pools and restaurants give a classy appearance.
The guest services people at the reception need customer care training. While Moroccans are generally welcoming people, the front desk guys do not reflect that. The manager, a tall lady, was professional and keen on helping guests.
Servers at the restaurant were great. Sallah stands out!"
"Beachfront hotel on the big avenue with lots of restaurants. 15 min walk to train station and shopping mall or 15-20 Dh by taxi in 10 min. Nice and big hotel but very slow the check in process. Recommended and will return ."
"Overall nice clean apartment in good location, although some of surrounding area is a little run down.
Don't be fooled by pictures of the kitchen, despite having a gas hob, there is NO gas in the building so the hob does not work!! You will instead have one electric plate which is totally inadequate to cook a decent meal on and which blows the fuses if used with another appliance eg kettle or toaster at the same time. No microwave either!
Apartment is okay to stay in for a few days but under equipped for our two week stay.
Housekeeping was very good when they came but on the two occasions that we requested it, it took two or three days before they serviced the apartment.
There are plenty of restaurants around though, particularly notable was the Clay Oven for a fab Indian meal! Also good for a burger was a nearby takeaway/restaurant "Dawoods""
"Our stay at the Prestige was simply amazing and bery much needed. From the friendly efficient check-in by front of house to all the back room staff and recreational staff, all of which made for a memorable holiday and Birthday. The room was very spacious with a blend of modern design and set in a classic style with a contemporary feel. The hotel location is perfect for the beach, shops and the numerous restaurants close by, although the food at the hotel is very good and highly recommended. Good wifi, only dropped connection once for 5 minutes beyond that worked perfectly well. The pool perfect size and never felt over crowded, the gardens were well manicured and the whole setting with the fountains running was lovely site especially when lit up."
"Wonderful stay. Hotel was amazing very modern the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel manager Youseff was fantastic booking us restaurant reservations when we ourselves couldn’t get one. The bell boys were very attentive and the breakfast was fabulous: lovely rooftop pool.
Would come back here in a heart beat"
"Nothing we could fault about this place - incredible experience from start to finish, the staff were some of the loveliest people we met and really made our experience of marrakesh"
