"We stayed at Swandor with my wife and had a great experience overall. Everything was on a high level — service, food, and facilities.
The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Plenty of activities during the day and evening entertainment, so there is always something to do.
Food and drinks were excellent with a wide variety and good quality cocktails, all-inclusive worked very well.
The pools are large and beautiful, perfect for swimming and relaxing.
Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Would definitely come back again."
"We were given a room next to the elevators, which made loud noises the whole night. Room was tiny, walls paper thin that we could hear people breathing next door. It was impossible to sleep. We had a few bites at the restaurant which cost $50, far too much for what we consumed. No mention of Expedia VIP Access - they even charged for tea, which is unheard of in Turkey. The staff was friendly but this is the only good thing I can say about the property. Avoid if you can.."
"They misled me. Before I booked, I was told I’d be able to extend my stay by a few hours, but after I completed the booking, they changed their answer and said it wasn’t possible. I was left to wait around in the lobby for 4 hours….I was more than happy to pay the additional fee, I did also specify everything in detail, yet I was repeatedly told NO"
