Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang
"Rating: ⭐ (1/5) I was very disappointed with my check-out experience at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang. I stood in line for a long time waiting for someone to help me. Not a single staff member acknowledged me or offered assistance. Then, another guest walked up to the counter after me, and the staff immediately helped that person instead — completely ignoring me. I felt frustrated and disrespected. As a paying guest, I expect fair treatment and basic courtesy. Ignoring someone who has been waiting and helping a newcomer first is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer premium service. Management really needs to train their front desk staff on basic queue etiquette and customer respect. A bad check-out experience can ruin the entire memory of a stay — and that’s exactly what happened here. Would I come back? No. Not unless things change dramatically."

SOL by Meliá Phu Quoc
"The staff was very nice and helpful."

Rex Hotel
"This is my go to place when I return to Vietnam. Great location, excellent breakfast buffet and coffee, great customer service, for the most part."

ibis Saigon Airport
"Everything was good. Just the rooms are a bit small"

HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa
"Could not fault the hotel. Everything was fabulous"

TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach
"Great breakfast menu. Spacious rooms and fresh. Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff."

Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc
"The Vinpearl Resort & Spa's facility is very beautiful, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also, the staff are very kind and professional. Both my wife and I really loved to stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it."

Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront
"Hella clean spot. Legit nothing dirty there. Can get slippery in the hotel elevator due to people going to the pool but you always have to cautious. "

Caravelle Saigon
"The rooms with SIGNATURE LOUNGE was wonderful to pay extra for. The one gripe i did have was that every time i walked in to the lounge area, i was asked if i was on the wrong floor or was after the rooftop bar. I was made to feel that i didn't belong until i told the staff my room number. Staff have to be better trained on how to handle this in a more considerate way. People on holidays can still dress smart casual, it might not be your standard but i have paid extra for the benefits of this lounge and i followed the dress code."
