"I feel very disappointed with the management. Tried to reach them so many times via calls and messages before the checkin. "The rooms are very old and definitely require renovation. We were unable to sleep comfortably due to the noisy operation of the air conditioning. The smell of dampness in the hotel corridors was unpleasant. It is quite poor that a hotel in this segment still lacks a coffee machine; if you wish to have coffee, you are obliged to heat water in a kettle and prepare your drink using small packets of instant coffee. The staff are generally friendly and attentive. The breakfast is quite good, with options suitable for everyone. If you plan to visit Georgetown city center, you should factor in a car journey of approximately 40 minutes."

"This property is looking fairly tired. We had a superior room with incredible views and lovely high ceilings, so the room was spacious and easy to relax in. It is, however, in need of some maintenance - chipped laminate, water damaged skirtings etc. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, super respectful. There was one waiter in particular we would like to give a shoutout to - my apologies for misspelling his name, which I believe is Jhorarule - he was absolutely lovely; even if he wasn’t serving us himself, he would come over and say hello and make sure we were okay. It was the staff who really made our stay so much better."

"This was a first visit for our family- we spent 2 nights here and had booked 3 rooms in all. The location is excellent and we loved the fact that the hotel is directly opposite the Gurney Bay park- beautiful stretch of beach front and a promenade/boardwalk for walking. The property itself looks majestic from the outside and the common areas. The rooms were a little outdated; the carpets could do with an update as there was a musky smell all around. The toilets weren't flushing well- just an older property. The Buffet breakfast was decent and had a variety of food items. However, the service staff weren't welcoming. We had similar experience with a front desk staff as well. The complimentary pop and water bottles in the room were appreciated and a nice touch."
