Elevator should be labeled to indicate exec apartment. Haw Yeon who was mgr of breakfast buffet was exceptional incl recommending a market that was only on weeekend so that we would not miss it. Chefs and wait staff were very attentive.

Rasa Motel is great value and the staff provides wonderful service! The property is not directly on the beach, it is across the street. There is beach access within walking distance with many beach activities available including boating and jet skiing. The beds in the rooms are VERY comfortable!!! The hotel lobby provides free coffee. There is a very nice outdoor seating area with a library and tables for remote working, smoking areas, etc. The staff also offers luggage holding if you need that...

Everyone was very kind and concerned about our experience. The hotel is beautiful and located on the edge of the historic area. The rooms are comfortable. They serve an amazing breakfast and tea. When on the first day, restaurant staff learned I was a vegetarian, they went and made special food for me! Then, afterwards they checked in with me to make sure I had a good selection. Quite amazing. A wonderful choice in Penang.

Had a great stay.

The hotel simply great, we paid a fair price and the conditions were amazing. There are two G hotels, located near each-other. You can simply walk to mall (5 minutes) or take a buggy from hotel there as they do a shuttle between the hotels. Go another 5 minutes and you reach the night food market, it opens after 6 PM with a great variety of food. Clean and good location. We could really enjoy the hotel during our stay. Not only location and cleanness but also staff are also nice. They gave us recommendation place to eat so we didn’t need to worry about where to go for dinner. I really recommend the hotel!!

Large room. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Strong AC, but the room stays cool most of the time without it. Friendly staff. I will stay here again.

Excellent property, well maintained, well run, friendly employees. Absolutely loved the contemporary decor. My only suggestion would be to allow more guest discretion in choice of room temperature. 33 degrees doesn’t suit everybody all the time.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back. The room was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention; they did such a wonderful job keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. We really enjoyed our stay in this resort, the lagon was great, we had a great time , and we enjoyed the night market besid the hotel, many restorants out side and there is a nice SPA , the only issue with this hotel was far a way from the city.

An absolutely amazing place. From the ultraspacious room to the extraordinary bathroom to a private pool overlooking the ocean. Beautiful decor and stylish everything. Couldn't have been better. Just wish i was there for longer.
