"A great place close to Heathrow airport for an overnight stay before flying. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Quality shower, soft towels and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast is available for a very reasonable cost and offers a wide range of foods all good quality. We enjoyed our short stay and would book again. Transport options are available at the hotel door. "Large hotel with efficient check in and luggage storage facilities. Staff were friendly. The room we booked (standard twin) was very small, the bathroom in particular was a very strange long narrow room that made it awkward to use. The TV started turning itself on every 10 minutes at 5am which was kind of annoying. The room was very hot but the air con was good. Pool was ok, a little tired but fine. Jacuzzi and steam room were out of order which was disappointing. Great location just off Kensington High Street."
