"First time staying in America Best Value Inn & Suites Foley, Alabama. My daughter and I had a great experience. Mrs Rita, the front desk staff was very helpful and sweet too. The room and bathroom were cleaned and it smelled clean. We’re very pick when it comes to hotels cleanliness. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel because we had plans to sleep a little late, so we ate somewhere else. We really enjoyed the location specially because we wanted to do some shopping. The hotel is about 18 to 20 minutes from the beach. 🏖️ It was fine with us. We definitely recommend this hotel. "

"I was Consistently Greeted with a Smile and a Warm Welcome; The Staff was Incredibly Accommodating; The Bed felt like I was Sleeping on a Cloud; The Room was Incredibly Clean and Quiet. In short, I give Holiday Inn Express Gulf Shores a 5 Star Recommendation."

"Service requests suck, and maintenance in the room was not fixed completely. And front desk follow up suck on first try, and second request was half way done so they still suck."
