We absolutely loved this hotel even though it is quite away from the center of Como. Great, modern, very spacious rooms. Huge table with chairs in the common area, sofa. We had the most wonderful stay. The Hotel is exceptional with fine interior design and art along with all the luxurious amenities. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend getting a room with a view. Our Breakfast and dinners were delicious, our room was spotless and pristine, the spa was super relaxing and the staff were Top Notch. We had the best time and recommend this beautiful hotel to others to enjoy.

This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful location next to restaurants and old churches. Absolutely stunning views. Love Como.

This hotel is a very beautiful place to spend your vacation at, it has a gorgeous view to the lake ,the rooms are so spacious and clean .the staff are really their for you if you need anything .plus the managers and the receptionists are above and beyond they greet you every time they see you, they help you with any small things that you need.i really recommend this hotel to every person want to visit lugano.

Great location and great view of the lake , only a 4 minute walk from train station

Short stroll down the ramp from the main buses and trains. Host brought us to door just down the block and showed us to our little apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped; even a dishwasher. Beautiful corner room with nice view down the alleys. Around the bend from our doorway was a cement patio with flowers to relax. The breakfast was great.

Having some yearly business in nearby Lugano, CH we decided to stay at the Parco San Marco again. We arrived at the hotel at a relatively early hour, checked in and left our luggage in the hotel. After a day of sightseeing in the area we returned to the hotel. The receptionist took us to the room and only after they entered the room did she say, "We gave you an upgrade." This property far exceeded our expectations. Staff is wonderfully attentive and helpful. Rooms have incredible views and terraces. Rooms outstanding. Breakfast and all the many restaurants great. Easy to get to Lake Como (Menaggio) for a boat cruise or for a day of sightseeing in Lugano but so nice to come back to the peace and tranquility of this special place at a fraction of the price for a comparable property on hectic Lake Como. We arrived at the Poli after a long day driving. It was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. It is clear they have a lot of pride in their hotel; room was spacious and comfortable; staff friendly; priced great; breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. We did not want to drive in Milan so parked at a nearby metro station and it was very easy to get right downtown with no hassles. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I loved the views and that we had access to amazing grocery store (similar to Whole Foods) with a 15 minute walk (it’s moderate intensity to walk as some of it is uphill.) loved the huge rooms , even with the kitchen and all the amenities of an apartment and of course the balcony!

Paola, the front desk receptionist made my stay very memorable. Thanks to her professionalism, her attendance to detail and her recommendations for groceries and restaurants made my first ever visit to Castellanza amazing!
