"The hotel is well located in downtown Cleveland. Close to everything you need and convenient to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The restaurant is excellent fresh food creative recipes. The bar staff is super friendly. The rooms are small, but well appointed offering comfortable beds, and appointed bathrooms. I recommend."

"But this hotel was a baseball Lover's Dream. It is barely on the same back as Progressive Field. With a parking lot attached to the hotel for safe keeping. The room was beautifully designed enough for four people easy. But the true best part is it is a 5-minute walk directly to the stadium. And it was cold the day we were there so a warm hotel lobby was welcoming."

"We didn’t want to drive downtown so free parking here was a plus and uber is easy . Cleveland bagels is great for breakfast and Momocho for Mexican was also good and both are in walking distance . This place was clean and very quiet . Would definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast was included with our room and was exceptional. SO quiet in our room, nice little view of Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland. Loved the old Cleveland drawing on the big wall. High quality fixtures. Only suggestion is to dust behind furniture. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. "

"Crowne Plaza was very nice. Staff was super accommodating. Restaurant/ bar was excellent. Cold water was available in the lobby, which we really appreciated! Great diner next door. We went for a concert at Rocket Arena, and it was an easy walk. We walked to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and to restaurants and bars. We had to Uber a couple of times, but it was mostly a walking trip. "
