"The place has been renovated completely with new everything. I found a taco place next door that is great, and there is a convenience store by the entrance too. They have a restaurant/bar that is barely used so you will probably have the place to yourself. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and is large. I would stay there again next time I go to the hotel zone."

"Staff was friendly hotel is not a resort more like a hostel, it’s a good place if you don’t plan on staying on the property, more like just a place to sleep and wash up and explore the city, not much of a variety of food the chilaquiles are good and they’ll be served every morning, don’t forget to ride the Tren Maya if you want to explore the country side very easy."

"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...

"This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"Great resort. Second time here. Been to 9 other resorts in Riviera Maya and this one stands out. Beautiful property, plenty of pools and entertainment. The food is excellent, especially the lunch buffet by the main pool. Best we’ve had in Mexico. The beach is not the prettiest, but there’s a nice area for water-sports that is very calm. Highly recommend. "

"The Ocean Spa Hotel was clean, affordable and nice for smaller scale hotel. It was wonderful to be on the beach side of the zona hotel , it was close to transportation to Isle Mujeres and public transit stops. The buffet had great food and the ala carte restaurants were good to try something different. It would have been nice to have access to the included activities of bicycles, paddle boards and kayaks as they were in the process of reviewing the current equipment."
