"Didn’t even see the breakfast or the pool. Sliding glass door was fogged up from seal failure and off track. Entry door has a gap so big you could see outside. A/c wouldn’t regulate a comfortable temperature. It was either freezing cold or blazing hot."

"I was in 2 different rooms. The first room was 2nd floor, it smelled like pee, mold, and cleaning product; the 2nd room was 3rd floor and smelled musty and moldy. The front desk guy that works in the evening before the late shift was extremely helpful and accommodating as much as he could be. The elevator buttons sometimes don’t work, and there were other guest that were roaming the hallways on their phone and talking to each other all night, pacing back and forth in the hallway. "

"Felt like the room was not ready. Had to request body soap (bottle was empty), towels etc. Had to do multiple visits to the reception to get settled. Overall experience is decently good."

"Only criticism is the sliding bathroom door with opaque glass. Have seen this trend in hotels lately. Needs to be more private."
