"The motel was very clean and the room was comfortable. Parking was directly outside the door. It was quiet, though not many there. The place has some age on it , so it could be updated, but the price is right for what you get. "

"Everything exceeded our expectations. Property was very well kept, and the Inn Keepers were very attentive and friendly, as well as provided good recommendations for the area. The breakfast the next morning was exceptional - we did not expect such a great breakfast (e.g, Belgian Chocolate waffles, fruit, as well as oatmeal with fresh fruit and a granola/muesli type topping (plus coffee, juices, sausages..). We ate breakfast outside overlooking the water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"The room is recently refreshed in a very old property. The HVAC was good, but not needed in May. Parking was very convenient to downtown Boothbay Harbor. The location is in convenient walking distance to many restaurants and boat cruises. On our day of departure we took a schooner ride aboard the "Eastwind" that toured the harbor and departed from the same dock that the hotel is on. The extensive lounge opens onto a decks with an expansive view of the entire outer harbor--a great place to watch...
