Perfect property for my needs - location is amazing, rooms are clean, comfortable, and amenities are simple, accessible and perfect. The staff has always been super kind. And I love the lobby / lanai for remote work. It’s a true gem right in the middle of Arcadia ish. Love the proximity to my local favorites, including AJ’s Grocery, LGO Market, Postino, Ingo’s, Camelback Mountain, etc."

"Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!"

"Great stay. Happy hour good, breakfast great. Has been remodeled since our last stay here. Great location, helpful staff. Our only complaint would be that whatever they tried to do in resurfacing the sink and shower was a huge fail. Pealing and stained. Ruined the feel of the other great improvements."

"Have had two very nice stays at this hotel so far. I especially appreciated the attitude of the efficient staff at the front desk who seemed especially friendly, not just polite. A maintenance issue could've been addressed better, but all the other aspects of our stay meet or exceed expectations. Room is clean. A/C, crucial in Phoenix, works great. Bed is comfortable enough for a hotel bed, shower is nice and hot, really appreciated the full refrigerator and freezer for restaurant leftovers....
