“An ideally situated hotel for a 3 or 4 day visit to the Hakone area. Situated right by the stations and bus stops of Gora. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food at dinner and breakfast was very good. Our beds were placed on a plinth, so not so easy to get into bed (we're in our 70's) but very comfortable.”
