"A very comfortable hotel with exceptional service. The room was lovely with great views of the river and mountains. The food in the restaurant was of a very high quality. We stayed two nights and had a superb French-style meal on the first night with wine pairing. On the second night there was an excellent Japanese meal with Sake pairing. Very impressed overall. "
"The location and venue was absolutely perfect. Only a short walk to the bus terminal, the hotel allowed me to park my car before checking in. Our room had its own onsen tub and it was so clean and up-to-date. The food was just okay… but I was happy overall with the service and everything else, that it did not matter. "

Only issue is transport to the location is a bit difficult if you don't have a car. We were aware of this and messaged ahead to ask about the availability of the hotel shuttle bus to the bus stop for our departure. Unfortunately, when we arrived the receptionist was unaware they had a shuttle bus and was very unwilling to check the information we were given or even help us sort out alternative travel. It led to a bit of a concerning situation for our travel plans before another staff memeber corrected her and arranged our transport."
