"One of the most amazing experiences I have had staying at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cater to all your needs and requests. A special mention to Viper who organised tickets for me to the famous water puppet show and took extra care in ensuring that I was ok and attended quickly to anything that I needed. The hotel and room are well maintained and clean, comfortable, well designed and practical and a beautiful rooftop overlooking Hanoi! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi."

Our experience there was fantastic, from each person we met who worked there, to the offer of a free upgraded room due to availability, to the nice pool we used on the top floor, and the breakfast stand below.
