"Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, simple, but pleasant and spacious for the 4 of us. We weren’t there a lot of the time, but for tourists wanting a good place to stay while visiting Otaru, it was nice."

"새로지은 집 같았어요. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 별로 사용한 흔적이 없어 좋았습니다. 다만, 오타루라는 관광지라 쳐도 너무 비쌌고 가끔 집 뒤로 지나는 기차 소리가 수면을 방해했습니다. 예민한 사람은 추천하지 않습니다. "

"Had a pleasent stay and closeby main attractions. Do note that the stay is on top of the hills so its difficult to get to by foot. However, the view is very nice. "

"Assigned a room with partially obstructed sea view which is not too bad. The public bath is clean and well maintained."

"Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction not show clearly how to park the car. The instruction should show how two car parking in the parking area. This house better for those who only need sleep."
