"Very stylish hotel. Staff efficient and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Cannot comment on the parking situation as arrived by train and taxi. Position of hotel was excellent right by the cathedral and within easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants and bars. The room had a huge very comfortable bed and a beautiful shower room. All in all it was a very enjoyable place to stay, we would certainly stay there again."

"Expected more from a four star hotel to be totally honest. Staff seemed uninterested, especially one member of staff working the bar inside. Hid from a queue of customers waiting for drinks and food on his phone and ignored us until reception phoned him. Then was incredibly rude to my partner who asked if there were any dairy free options due to a severe dairy allergy. Room was alright. Shower very outdated"
