"I’ve stayed at this location a number of times before either with friends or my family. We always had parking in the building. It was very heavy rain and for some reason there was absolutely no parking in the building except for valet and we had to park offsite for the same fee I used to pay for onsite parking. Other than that we did enjoy our short weekend stay."

"The hotel and room were extremely clean and well maintained. The location was excellent- close to everything in the old city. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the front desk staff. It appears that rooms offer various options, like ours had a tub in the room (not the bathroom), but others didn’t have a tub. So be sure to specify what you want/need. We had two issues - the TV was very hard to use because of a new system of some kind and there were only two available outlets in the room. But overall a great stay."

"Hotel Belley is a unique property that works with Hotel Le Saint Paul. The check in is at Saint Paul and the front desk staff was very friendly and held my luggage after check out so that I could explore Quebec City with no worries. Check in and check out was very easy. The room itself was clean and simple and was perfect for a quick overnight. The bar downstairs was very nice and lively. It was a little noisy in my room after I went to bed but earplugs did the trick. It was very close to the train station and port which also fit in perfectly for my trip. For budget conscious people, it is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Quebec City."
