"It was ok for a 1 night stay before going to the airport. They had a no show the night before so they let us check in early at 10 am. The bed was not firm at all but very soft. The airport shuttle was not free but $13 per person. So just take an uber. Coffee was not great, but had some toast and peanut butter before we left. Pictures of room look better than it actually was."

"I loved the location and its proximity to restaurants and public transit. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Parramatta in general. The staff was excellent, especially Ruben at the front desk. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better."

"The walls are pretty thin! We didn’t get much sleep because people were coming and going outside our room. The design of the room wasn’t great. You hit your head against the wall while you’re on the toilet. "
