We had an incredible time at the Daintree Ecolodge! Our family reunited from different parts of the US to visit the Daintree area. The Daintree Ecolodge was a standout experience! Rob was so incredibly helpful as was the rest of the staff.

We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....
Great villa with fully modern amenities, clean and well kept. Beautiful home and very good location not far from the 4 mile beach and even 10-15 minutes from the main marina for Quicksilver and food area! By far my best hotel stay in my life.
Excellent stay all around! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and helping book tours. The facilities were all clean and comfortable, and it was a perfect place to stay in Port Douglas.
The place is lovely and very well located, but it is an apartment, not a hotel. We didn't get cleaning service for our three day stay. On the other hand, there is a fully stocked kitchen.
Great property that is small and personable! They seem to have thought of it all as far as things to use at their facility. They have bikes, movies, games, umbrellas, beach chairs, games, towels and so much more. We just weren't there ling enough to us it all. They are also an easy walk to the beach, shopping, and a ton of restaurants.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights ina 2 br. The apartments are spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Every little comfort is thought of to make your stay pleasant. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. We truly loved eating breakfast on the verandah every morning while watching all the birds. For the most part, this was an amazing hotel. The swim up balcony and spa tip were great, as well as the dishwasher AND laundry facilities in the room! The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, although some were definitely more knowledgeable than others.
My main complaints\ is the exhorbatent price for wifi access. A hotel of this caliber should either include it in the room charge, or not offer it at all as its philosophy.
We had a great stay here to wrap up a month of traveling. It was quiet, and great location near shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Robin and Sonya, the hosts, were extremely helpful and all around great! Highly recommend!
