"Room smelled terrible, we were moved to another room, but the shower was loud in that room. We have stayed at this property multiple times but it seems there are issues each time. "

"There were bugs in our room the first night, didn’t notice until the next morning when my cpap machine had them all over. They moved us to the 3rd floor where the room was not full of bugs luckily, but the tub was rusted, the mini fridge didn’t work, and not all the outlets worked "

"We travel with young children and like staying at hotels were breakfast in included. I don’t particular like when a hotel does not clearly state that complimentary breakfast is not always available. I am a bonvoy member and I was not treated as one during check-in either. I will not be staying at this location when I return to Brownsville later this year. "

"Room was a dusty, vanity light in bathroom was out and maintenance was already gone. The switch on the lamp by the bed was out. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Wouldn’t go back. "
