"Currently under construction and was not informed. The hotel pictures must all be AI because there was no hot tub which we were looking forward to the most, a folding table for a front desk, and no bar or restaurant. Unfinished walls, deep scratches, drywall dust, dirt, grime, all over as soon as you walk in the front entry. There were only sheer curtains on the window in our room, the toilet didn't really flush, and the room itself wasn't too clean either. One of the times we came back to our room the door lock somehow glitched and let us in without the key which made us feel unsafe. Overall my group definitely would have picked somewhere different to stay. Half of them left by 11 and drove 4 hours through the night to sleep in their own beds. "

"When we first arrived in our room we noticed that the sheets where dirty. The continental breakfeast was very limited. Waterpark was nice and my son had fun. "

"Everything was very clean, organized and lovely! The breakfast was a great spread! We had an issue with the AC/fan not working for our stay, left a message with the front desk and it was not addressed. Had to purchase a fan at Walmart in order to cool our room down. Pool area was clean and worked well for our young kids. It is on the smaller size. No hot tub was a bummer."
