The level of care the staff displayed from front desk greeting, follow up on stay satisfaction, cleaning staff, and food service was beyone measure. I mean they really took pride in their work and care of their facility and guests. It was really refreshing to see.

Rooms were clean, no complaints there. The waterpark was a hit for the kiddos. Hot breakfast was super busy but pretty good and they kept it stocked with a good selection. The beds were decently comfy, I will say the walls are rather thin but we travel with a white noise machine. The building could use some updates, which it seems like they are actively working on. Friendly desk staff too!

Very unclean place. My husband and I were there for a hour and left. We took our daughter there for the night to visit the “waterpark” and it was so uncomfortable and so dirty we didn’t even stay the night. The couches in the room had stains. I took pictures of everything. My husband went to the bathroom in the pool area and the said the was a pile of dirty towels in there almost as tall as he is. The “waterpark” is a very misleading word to use. The water is absolutely freezing. My daughter would even go in it. I tried to walk in it to show her it wasn’t so bad and I couldn’t even handle it. Half of the “waterpark” didn’t even work or spray the water it was supposed too
