"I stayed here for the last two nights of my Morocco trip, and overall it was a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious with nice amenities, and the staff were cooperative and responsive. Initially, I was given a twin room despite booking a king bed, but after I informed the reception, they immediately changed it. The hotel also has its own parking, which is a big plus. I also made a booking mistake, the manager helped me cancel that and rebook correctly for the same day. That level of support really stood out. The only minor issue was that the shower drain got clogged, although housekeeping mentioned it was a mechanical issue and would be fixed. Overall, a very pleasant stay with helpful staff and good service."

"The location of the hotel is in the center of the city with access to good public transportation, tram station a short walk around the corner and easy taxi service, as well from the corner. The room was nice and spacious with king size bed and small table and two chairs. TV was large as well and the hotel offered breakfast at an additional cost, although I did not have. Staff were kind and attentive. "

"A beautifully decorated building - literally a palace. Nice garden. Friendly and helpful stuff. Horses and donkeys in stables, outside of the garden. During the month of Ramadan the Hamam was closed and no horse riding, which normally would be available. About 30 minutes from the airport, in rural area. I liked staying here and will come again."

"Sky casa had many perks- the shuttle was on time and effective. The check in process was great, some staff in the restaurant was very helpful and nice, and the location was clean- so were the rooms. Some cons: the AC did not work to our liking and the staff in the restaurant the second day/ for breakfast were not very friendly and the constant staring made my children uncomfortable. Besides that we did appreciate those that went out of our way to smile and make us feel welcomed. "
