Wonderful stay. Stunning property, fabulous views, food was excellent, boat ride in our the Douro magical. Service could have been better - they were not as attentive as I would have liked to see for a property of this caliber.
The service was awesome! The staff was super nice! Special thanks to Claudia for taking such good care of us. We were treated like family members! If we ever go back to Porto, I will choose this hotel again.
Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.
We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and available, we were greeted with refreshments on arrival and personally walked to our rooms. Great amenities including free access to the steam room located in the spa, a great breakfast with options for all, and a welcome gift of port waiting for us in the room. The room was spacious, with a small kitchenette and a seated living space separate from the bedroom. It’s not a far walk from the central areas of Porto, with easy access to nice places...

Property is just like advertised. What they don’t prepare you is for how polite, accommodating and kind is the entire staff especially Paulo at the front desk. What a delightful stay!
it is very centrally located. Very comfortable and just 1 block from sao bento train station, and about 10 minutes from a couple other metro stations. The front desk staff super helpful.. i look forward to staying with them on my next trip to porto, and highly recommend this hotel.
I had a great stay here for 3 days. The staff was so kind and helpful and the breakfast they brought to your room every morning was delicious! It was a nice, small boutique hotel. My room was the first one off the lobby so I didn't get to see much else, but from what I saw, the building was beautiful! I had a great view from my room with a balcony.
Room was clean Shower was easy to use. I missed more storage space in the bathroom Even added hooks on the door would help. Not enough hangers on the closet bar. No suitcase holder . Staff was well trained and extremely helpful. Especially Anna was very informative. We loved location. We did not have breakfast but it looked ok. Gym was very good Pool is not for swimming just standing. It is only 75 cm deep and tiny It should not pass category for pool. Beautiful rooftop bar. I would stay...
