"Our stay was good, even though we never got the extra towels we asked for and the cleaning staff never came by after we asked them to clean our room. We also didn’t receive a call back after someone pulled the fire alarm for the false alarm other than those things the stay was very enjoyable."

"Breakfast room was small and did not offer seating. Parking spots were extremely small. Garden area activities were broken or not provided. No elevator in our section so we had to carry bags up stairs. Pool area was nice and the room was clean and off the beach but not the experience we expected. Drunk people who couldn't get rooms were yelling and hanging out in the enclosed parking lot which made us change our mind about leaving our car there during our cruise. "

"Wonderful property grounds, location was amazing. Huge room with 2 big bedrooms and gorgeous balcony. The only negative was that they were working on the elevator so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs."

"The property is sideways but on the main road, so view to the ocean is restricted. If you open the drapes for ocean view, everyone else walking by has a view into your room. Cross the main road to get to the beach. Rooms are dated. Beds are comfy, clean bedding. Toilet flush was an issue, toilet paper took forever to go down the drain. Breakfast is included. Parking is available on the property. "

"I didn’t use laundry area"

"Our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the doors from nearby rooms slammed loudly at all hours, making it hard to relax. Our poolside balcony room also came with constant noise late into the night, including the pool gate repeatedly slamming shut. Between the smell and the nonstop noise, this wasn’t a comfortable stay, and I won’t be returning."
