"The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The pho and egg station were great. Also, the hotel is very central, so you can walk to beach and restaurants easily. There is a mini mart beside it, which is very convenient for getting water and snacks."

"The room was spotless and the cleaning staff were great at keeping everything spotless. However, what really stood out was the Night Porters ‘Ha and Kha”: they went above and beyond in terms of service. I couldn’t find anything to eat after a late night walk, and after being turned away from 3 places, Kha, not only ordered for me using his Grab account, but went to pick it up, when the delivery driver refused to deliver. I was blown away by this level of service. Both Ha and Kha, stayed with me and talked while I ate and afterward. As a small business owner these are the types of personalities that I would promote to management. The Paracel is lucky to have such amazing people working for them, and would consider booking again at Paracel for their contribution alone. Give these guys a raise. They should be running the hotel in 10 years. I worked as a tour Manager in Europe for 10 years with Contiki Tours and have never seen this level or service. Totally amazing! Wow!"
