"Great location. Right in the heart of Ginza. Lots of luxury shopping near by & access to Ginza subway line station. 15 walk to Tokyo Central Train station. Rooms are very clean and spacious , comfortable bed & great rain shower. Opted one day for the all you can eat breakfast which had assortment of fresh baked goods, fruit, salad bar, freshly squeezed OJ, granola, greek yogurt & variety of cheeses. Can also order à la cart. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend. "

"The experience was excellent in all respects. The room had a great view and was spacious. Breakfast and evening cocktails/food (included) were some of the best we have had. The location is quite efficient for accessing one of the larger subway/train stations. "

"The room is small by American standards but is normal by Japanese standards. So many thoughtful amenities. I liked the different size pajamas, the free drinks on the second floor, the nice onsen and snacks afterwards. Conveniently located to public transportation. Next door to Family Mart. Staff were friendly and spoke English."

"We love every thing in this apartment, kitchen, laundry facilities, spacey, walking distance to fish market in Ginza and we even walked to Tokyo station from here. We called uber often and it costs us less than $10.00 to Tokyo Station. It is quiet here."
