Housekeeping services are among the best and most attentive I have ever experienced, including organizing items on nightstand during turndown service, providing extra water, etc. Coffeemaker and condiments were routinely restocked, including refrigerated half-and-half. Concierge services were excellent including providing touring destination suggestions and arranging for rental car delivery to hotel. Superb hotel experience."

"The hotel is really well located with direct access to the PATH. The value of this is not to be underestimated in downtown. The hotel itself is well presented and has great history. We stayed for four nights at the end of a Canada summer holiday and it was ideal. Perfectly placed for both shopping and sightseeing."
