Anaheim/Disneyland is the reason I leave my house. I love that it has many options for dining and shopping. I feel safe visiting there due to the high presence of the police department & the cleanliness of the city

Great location and super easy to grab a Lyft from here. We only waited 5 minutes at the most for transportation. The Disney parks and downtown Disney had great shopping and dining options.

Anaheim is an amazing city with great restaurants, and many things to do. 20-30 minute trip to beaches. Traffic is much heavier than most visiting people will be used to experiencing.

Nice vacation spot, if you need a break from Disney, it's not far to some of the beautiful local beaches, and there's lots of hiking in the nearby mountains/canyons.

Very crowded, lots of families. The workers go above and beyond for service. Easy to drive to beaches and from SNA airport. Long waits everywhere due to Disneyland crowds, highly recommend dining reservations or driving a little out of the main town.

Anaheim, around Disneyland is fantastic. Have some homeless people that can get in your way on the sidewalks and once in a while have people asking for money or trying to sell you items right outside Maingate but you can deal with that.

There is a noticeable homeless/transient population. They are mainly visible in front of the 7-11 on Katella across from the convention center. Traffic is heavy because of Downtown Disney which has nice restaurants and shops.
"We visit Disneyland often- sometimes a few times per year and the Majestic Gardens is always our first choice for accommodations.
While there could be some updating, the hotel & grounds are beautiful & clean. We love the large lobby and the convenience of the restaurant, bar and store. The rooms are extremely generous in size (in comparison to other nearby hotels) and always clean. Beds are comfortable!
M favorite are the rooms with patios, leading to the pool & gardens, which offer perfect firework viewing. One suggestion would be to update the pool & jacuzzi. With that being said, I haven't necessarily had an issue, it's purely a cosmetic issue- The pool is rarely overly busy (at least in my experience) and has been great for a mid day cool off or dip before heading to bed.
The fact that it is gated is a big plus- it makes us feel safe, especially during trips when I'm traveling solo with my kids. And of course, the complimentary shuttles- it makes getting to and from the parks effortless.
Staff is always welcoming and accommodating- we can't wait for our next visit!"

"Clean and quiet for me. Swim play area was nice for my son who is 9. Staff was friendly. Stayed in building 1 and was able to view the fireworks. Would definitely return "
