"Location of the hotel was really great. The onsite gym was also ok, better than most similar hotels. However, pool was dirty and our room was dirty. We had to ask twice to fully clean our room after check in. Staff on the reception were not great at any point of our trip. The onsite restaurant staff were however great and they were keen to push the reception to make sure our room was cleaned to make sure we were satisfied. The restaurant staff and manager are a shining light to this place. Food here was also good at breakfast. I was excited to stay here but the facts are that the websites make the hotel look better than it is. This is the first bad review of a hotel I have ever given."
