"AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel for one night for a tournament. The rooms (124 and 126) were not as described and were in extremely poor condition. There were strong odors, stains on the mattresses, substances on the walls, mold in the bathrooms, and even bugs. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and I did not feel safe allowing my family to use the facilities. The situation became even more concerning later that evening. Around 9:30 PM, while we were asleep, police were called after the hotel manager reportedly yelled at guests, used profanity, and threatened to kick everyone out. His behavior seemed very unstable. We went to the lobby from our first-floor room and found the situation chaotic, with guests feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. It was even mentioned that the manager may have had a weapon. To make matters worse, a staff member dressed in pajamas followed us to our room to see where we were staying, which was very disturbing and unprofessional. Shortly after police arrived, we were told to leave without any clear reason and without a refund. This hotel was not only unclean but felt unsafe. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere."

"Unsure if this is for the future occupants. 1.I didn't understand that the view was an inside garden, it was beautiful, but no garden view and sunlight 2. I have enjoyed my stay and even attempted to stay extra 3 days with ,at least similiar rate, even if meant downsizing. Rooms were clearly available, there should have been some reasonable price to stay longer. Monies were spent elsewhere as a result. I also would have agreed to a later recheck in time, if needed. Seeking a coupon/discount , if issued , to return later this year. Please consider. "

"I always l loved Hampton especially after staying at the Courtyard Marriott for a week prior to this stay. But anyways, my only complaint was how Tiny and old our shower was. I am a tall guy, wish my shower new that. Seemed like the whole 3rd floor was in need of updating.Can't speak for whole building. Everything else was great. I will ask for an updated room next time. "
