"Check in process was slow and such a hassle"

"Upon entering my hotel room, I was immediately confronted with a stark contrast to the cleanliness I had anticipated. The bathroom stall was in a state of disarray, with stains and bed sheets covered in hair. This was the first time I had encountered such a filthy bathroom stall in a Hilton hotel. "

"This was our first time staying here and while we did get there earlier than the check in time (4pm) we waited at the pool to have fun. When 4pm came around we were told our room wasn’t ready yet. We had to wait till 6pm and figure out what to do. Because of this we asked if there could be any perk for us having to wait. Only $35 off our total. Our check in was not smooth or good. The pools were really nice but it seemed like everytime I asked for something the staff was very cut and dry. I would think that there would be some wiggle room to entice your guest to want to buy a membership/ownership there. But no. Read age limits in activities, two activities directors were great! Picasso and pour was soo fun def book that. We were waiting at the shuttle only to find out it was closed. A maintained worker saw us and called a bell boy service which was really nice of him, there were many other employees that saw us waiting there and said nothing. We would go back to stay maybe not during spring break as they kept telling me they are booked at 100% so things might take longer. We rented a Cabana which was fun and nice, one thing I would expect with a Cabana rental is having the fridge already stocked, towels already there and maybe some pool ball blow ups. Presentation is key. The pool staff were great! Super friendly. We would not buy there but stay as a mini getaway. "

"The hotel is getting a much needed face lift. The sliding glass door frames are rusted and need replacing. They are challenging to open and close. The interior room had been recently redone and most of the choices were commensurate with a three star hotel. Someone made the efficient but annoying decision to have the air conditioner condensation line drip into the one and only sink making use of the sink entertaining. The staff was polite, responsive and helpful making the overall experience better "

"Never going back. They closed the pool and didn’t tell us until after we checked in. You have to pay for the soda and fountain drinks. Points not allowed at dinner. No Poker Room. Zero connections to wineries near by. Hotel was clean and staff was great. "

"We were forced to change rooms due to marijuana smoke coming from the neighboring room. The new room we were given was of lower quality. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this experience was very disappointing."

"Receptionist was super nice but the rooms were super dirty especially the bathroom and the cigarette smoke smell was the terrible .."

"We booked 2 queen bed so can accommodate 4 people, they give us 1 king bedroom and give us an roller bed, that will accommodate 3 and they refuse to get us 2nd roller bed or even a mattress, so my daughter sleeps on the floor with few blankets, that was not acceptable or even professional."
