Hotels in Bridgman

"Stayed here for over a week. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and included eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and a few more things. I recommend making a breakfast sandwich with bagel, sausage, and egg! Overall hotel was clean, but when I went to use a pool, the area around it was dirty with garbage on the floor and pool water did not look clean. It needs to be looked into. I’ve stayed in multiple hotels in that area and a few of them had their pools closed by health department. Unfortunately, I could see this one being a candidate, as well. I did like the gym, they have a Peloton in there, however it doesn’t connect to the internet. They tried re-setting the router, but it still wouldn’t connect. That was a bummer. Overall, I would stay there again, just no pool for me. "

"Great location in St. Joseph! Fantastic room at a great rate for the off season. The breakfast was most of the usual fare but was lacking in protein options one of the days. We had an excellent dinner at the Bistro. "

"Our floor did not smell good and the hallway smelled gross. Common areas were nice and clean though. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Rooms need an update."

"A beautiful gal checked us in. I don't remember her name but it was very pretty and started with a C. (Carmalia??) Before she assigned us a room, she asked our preferences, like which floor, close to the elevator, tub or shower? This was very appreciated!! She also explained the players club and showed us a map and was not hurried. She's definately a keeper!! Our room was very clean. Lots of pillows. Comfortable bed. Lots of lighting and storage. Microwave and fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, robe. Everything we needed. Our stay was very enjoyable except we didn't win! Lol Oh! And the shuttle from the train was great. A little miscommunication with RJ, but he was friendly and polite but Barbara got us all straightened out and was really on the ball! We'll definately be back!!"

"The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out. The beds are NOT soft at all!! "

"Bathroom door wouldn't latch and stay closed. Couch fabric needed to be cleaned (several stains). Duvet cover/comforter needed laundered as the part that folds in front of pillows was dingy from dirty fingers/hands. Room had odd odor throughout. Dirt buildup on shower door at bottom track towards back. Cheap toilet paper, no extra rolls left in bathroom other than a partial and a new small roll. One of single use coffee packs was sealed but empty. Not much of a breakfast selection. "
