"Our window was pane was broken all over and literally duct taped together, bathroom fan didnt work which explained the water damage on bathroom door and trim, half smoked cigarette between the bed and wall, the corners and carpet along the trim clearly hadn't been swept in god knows how long, ants were found in the bathroom and between the AC and bed, asked for towels and they didnt have any, asked for a hair dryer and she had to look through multiple empty rooms before she found one she could give to me, and there was trash all over the property outside. Didn't eat the breakfast, use the pool, fitness room or any other amenity. The only positive thing I can say about the place is that the girl at the front desk was very sweet, pleasant and tried to be as helpful and accommodating as she could. Won't be staying there again. Too many other/better options in ft wayne for the same price"

"It was extremly noisy. Road noise was high, neighbors next to our room and upstairs were very noisy. thin walls and ceilings. For breakfast, powdered eggs and very salty sausage. Could do better! Exhaust fan in the bathroom and the light in the bathroom not working or soo noisy. Bed was very comfortable."

"TV system was simple Free-To-Guest. Was not what I'd expect to see at any Hyatt hotel. WiFi was completely unusable. I was forced to use my cell data plan."

"We voluntarily gave up our room to another guest who ordered, but didn’t receive, a handicapped room. Ours happened to be, so we switched. I suspect we were then put in a room that they hadn’t finished remodeling. The hotel was fine, and the main part of our room was OK. But the showerhead was broken, the bathtub spout was stained, the overhead bathroom fan was hanging down as it might fall, there was paint where it shouldn’t be and lack of paint where there should. The elevator was out, and the stairs up to the third floor were really worn badly and dirty. Staff left bags of linens all over the hallways in the morning so you had to work your way through to walk down the hallway. And finally, the chain lock in the room was installed backward, meaning it would be useless if needed, one screw missing with the needed scree and a cordless drill left on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Price was ok. Probably not returning."

"We were greeted in a quick, friendly manner, even when arriving to check in after 2:30am! The entire staff was friendly the following day. The room was very clean with plenty of clean towels for all 3 of us. Would definitely stay here if we visited Auburn, IN again! "
