"Our room was excellent except the thermostat had it's own mind! Breakfast was great! A good variety of choices and everything we had was tasty! The staff was accommodating, welcoming and friendly! "

" We choose to stay at Marriott properties because of a high standard of cleanliness. This property is not up to par. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher at check-in. The fridge handle was completely missing. The overhead light in the kitchen was burned out. Air-conditioning not working. The tub drain was disgusting. Dried urine at the base of the toilet. Phone did not work. We took photos of it all to document it and have reported it to the Residencer Inn Corporate offices. To top it all off we were charged $360 more than our receipt shows we should have been charged. After several calls to the hotel to try and resolve the issue we gave up and went to corporate offices. We have never written a bad review before...but this property really needs to up their game. It is terrible!"

"It's always clean and neat when visiting Lauberge in Baton Rouge, La. Plenty of self parking in the garage or lot. Or you can valet for free. Only thing I miss when I visit is having a minifridge in my room. But the positives far outweigh a minifridge. "

"The design and pictures of the hotel are nice. Our room was not the cleanest. Crumbs all over the floor. Weird stains and gunk on the walls. Our room smelled like mildew. Very musty. We kept having to spray perfume to get rid of the smell. We did not have time to switch rooms otherwise we would have. "

"Overall, it was a nice hotel. But, teh toilet did not have a cover. It was reported to the front desk, but they did not get it fixed in our 2 night stay. Also, there was a randam black sock that was left in our room by roomservice. It was not for us. that was strange. Service could have been more responsive."
