Mahwah has an excellent diner (the State Line Diner) we always go to when we visit. There is also a very good Italian restaurant, the name escapes me. It is also close to the Ramsey / Rt. 17 New Jersey Transit station if you want/need to go to NYC.

Our location was perfect- for our needs! Pool was a little grubby and Service to clean pool area can be improved, lots to do nearby -research. Campgaw-skiing and tubing is 10 min drive. 15 mins from Warwick 1hr from Wallkill 11/4hr from Patterson

Mahwah seems like a nice suburb and a good place to stay a bit further away from the hub-bub of Fort Lee, etc. Traveling north on 17, the exit google maps provided was very convoluted. Basically, traveling from west of 17 to east of 17 is difficult

Nice area was interested in lakes and parks outside Mahwah area. They were very nice.
"Everything about this trip/stay was easy and convenient. I was attending a 2-day event at MetLife and everything was super simple. The only thing I would say(let me preface that this isn’t there fault but it’s good info to have): it’s right around the corner from MetLife but you’re not able to walk. I wish you could as it would be 10x more convenient. "
