The overall service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Yousif at the reception and the luggage carrier for being so helpful, courteous, and professional. They were extremely attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Crowne Plaza team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"
