"Great staff, helped us with our luggage to their annex building. It was a bit rowdy at night as we could hear the neighbours, but after 9 it was quiet and we got a great night sleep. We stayed for MCM London, and it was only 15 mins away from the ExCeL, which was very nice and accessible. "

"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...
