"Forthcoming and available personnel, beautiful room and facilities, especially the little, clean and well-curated spa on the 17th floor was my fav. Also, my little puppy was well received and as a special perk she got a bag of nice treats upon our check-in. Our room was on the 10th floor and it was remarkably quiet despite the fact that all around the hotel there are construction works ongoing Monday to Friday. Everything went smoothly and effortlessly.
