"We stayed 6 night in ocean view suite, the room is spacious and looks renovated. However it is an aged hotel with ok vibes. You can see moisture damage in walls.We booked because we had stayed Nikko in Okinawa and Bangkok, however Bali one didn’t give us the Japanese style hotel feeling at all. Towels are all aged and mottled, bed sheet/cover sheet had bloody mark and yellow mark all the time. However upon the request the hotel tried to changed more clean sheets for us, staffs are friendly. But it’s definitely have better choice( better beach better swim pool , better public area) in Nusa dua beach in such price level."
"The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible."
