"I stayed there for 3 nights and the bed was super comfortable, washroom was clean and desk was compact. The room I got was tiny… but just fine for 1 person. No view, online check in did not provide sufficient info about hotel. Cleaning staff were like ninjas. Security issue, anyone can come up without a card. Didn’t know about the gym or any other amenities. The restaurant connected was great!!! Loved it!"

"The staff is fantastic and there is a connected bar/cafe for breakfast and lunch and an Italian restaurant for dinner. The room we had was a bit small, but manageable. It was very clean and the bed was made up every day. It had a Keurig machine, which was a nice touch. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because there is very little shelf space, in the bathroom, to put toiletries. I mean, there is less room than you'd get in a cruise ship cabin bathroom! But, if that isn't an issue for you, the price is right, the place is clean, the staff is great, and we met a LOT of guests who were either waiting to embark on a new cruise or were staying there at the end of a cruise."

"The hotel was fine, but were confused by the hotel check-in in the west and east buildings. Did it matter? Also, the casino was poorly staffed and bathrooms were disgusting."

"Location was great. Very walkable to anywhere downtown.They had earplugs at the desk.Very clean. Friendly staff. Never had to wait for the washroom. The only downside is noise depending on the location of your room. They have earplugs at the desk."

"We were on the Burrard road side and it was pretty loud. They have added in room air conditioners to the mobile kind ( needed now in the summer ) and I think that’s where most of the noise was coming from"
