"I booked here last minute for an impromptu stay in Tyler. It Is situated beside another hotel that you see first, and have to follow around to the right to get to the entrance door for this hotel. I went into the the first hotel as that's where Google maps leads to. The guy on reception was the nicest friendliest person and explained out mistake. We arrived for check in at the correct hotel, late might I add, about 11.30pm. However we didn't feel half as welcomed here by the night desk staffer. To be honest I felt we had inconvenienceed him by showing up at that time and was disrupting whatever show he was trying to watch on his tablet behind the desk. He perked up a small amount when he noticed the change in my attitude.
Anyway, on to the positives, had a good sleep in comfortable bed, the room was clean and spacious and provided the essentials needed. I didn't have time to avail of the pool so I cannot comment on that"
"Our check in was smooth, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was kind and professional. Our room was clean and well taken care of! We'd stay at this Resident's Inn again in Tyler, Texas! Thank you for maintaining your property, your rooms, and for the kind staff who greeted us!"
"The stay overall was good.We had a comfortable bed, clean room and quiet sleeping area. One of the elevators was broken and the one that was operating did not work properly, jumped slightly between floors."
"My 3rd stay at this Sleep Inn, the Assistant Manager recognized me and the accommodations I needed for my wife. My mother was with me. My son got married and his Grandmother surprised him by attending. She said that was the best sleep she's had in awhile.
The breakfast has always been great. The staff great.
Sleep Inn, Tyler, Texas on S. Donnybrook is GREAT.
