"Amazing hotel. We came for the weekend for an event at the NEC and we were so happy we booked this place. Not only was the place itself lovely, but the staff also showed the same loveliness. We were also surprised that there was a complementary shuttlebus that took us to and from the NEC building, at different times throughout the day and evening (Around every 30-60 mins depending) The food was also lovely and much appreciated. Location to BP Pulse arena was fantastic, quick 15 min walk but not through busy town roads or crowded footpaths, down a lovely country lane very peaceful."

"Bancroft Hotel was a lovely place to stay, the bed was comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated to clean and tidy and had all the amenities you could think of available. Vikki was always on hand to help and pleasant to deal with. I stay two nights while attending a conference at the NEC Birmingham and cannot recommend enough the the short journey time but distance it gave me from the event."
