"Very clean environment. Sea view rooms are enormous. The staff is great. Perfect location. 3 bad things - no hot water , the elevator does not work and they could tone down the music. Music starts blaring loud at 0800 AM and gets turned off at 1100 PM . "

"The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice."
