"The room was fairly clean and seems more updated compared to the outside. The air conditioning was nice and worked well. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, food and all the things. I think they need to replace carpets in the room, because they seemed dirty like they haven’t gotten a thorough vacuum or shampooing, so make sure you bring slippers to walk in the room. The bed was comfortable and the great thing was that you could borrow boogie boards, chairs, etc. for the beach!...

"The location was perfect to shopping centers, transportation and a few blocks walk from the beach. The front desk staff was marvelous, especially Pam and Ken! When I come to HNL next time, I'll definitely rebook with Waikiki Malia! The prices were great and the staff was courteous."

Proximity to the Ala Moana mall and park is nice. Excellent value relative to the nearby hotels that are actually on Waikiki Beach. The gym is relatively small, but there were generally only a few people in there (perhaps because it was small?). "
