"Basic rooms, slightly dated but very spacious. The facilities at this hotel really made it. We had access to 3 pools, activities for adults and kids daily. We could always find a lounger. They also provide an hourly bus down to the beach as the hotel is in a hilly area. Definitely would go again and recommend to friends. Special mention to Victor the life guard at pool 3! "

"The hotel is huge and beautiful in all white,great Wi-Fi, 3 pools,i love that the hotel sit on a slight slopes which forces me now to get back in the gym,the walk about is great exercise getting back up.straff are friendly and helpful, i would recommend and i would go back again. I nearly for got the beach is 19 min walk,but if you don't want to walk in that sun which is hottt they do a shuttle every hour which start at 10:15.food is great and the bed is firm."

The local area is full nice Spanish restaurants if you look for them and the hotel restaurant is quite nice if you don’t want to go out. Walkable distance to los Cristianos beach. I will definitely rebook with my family this hotel."
