Our suite was really nice, very clean and bigger than expected, kitchen was well equipped and had a cleaning kit supplied free. The pool area was a good size and kept clean and tidy as was the patio bar area. Breakfast was served in the sister hotel next door, plenty of choice from fruit to full English and was included in the price. Overall we had a great stay and although the hills were a little tiering on the way back (that's what taxis are for) the 15 min walk down to sea front was easy.

Great duplex apartment although the shower water in the main bathroom didn’t get particularly hot. It was no problem for both of us to use the en suite upstairs. Breakfast can be a bit busy so finding a free table can be a challenge but the food selection was good.

Gorgeous hotel. Spotless rooms and shared spaces. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Pool is stunning. Highly recommend. Only drawback is the big hill back up from the beach which is quite a hike. Only suggestion would be to have a regular bus going up and down the hill to the front, say every 30 minutes. There is a bus every hour but it goes straight to Playa Las Americas which is a fairway away to walk back to the hotel. Other than that brilliant place to stay. Highly recommend.

Crowded, rowdy and dated. Nothing has changed since the early nineties, including the towels. Breakfast area far too small for the number of guests, the breakfast experience very noisy and stressful, food offering varied but very low quality. Powdered milk in the coffee machines, fruit juice from a machine with filtered tap water and cheap syrup that was usually empty. Gym door locked, gym reception rarely staffed, gym ventilation ineffective so stuffy stinky hot experience, water cooler always empty, as was the supply of towels. The mattress was quite good, and the wifi stable. Some of the staff were friendly, most were tired and stressed.

Basic rooms, slightly dated but very spacious. The facilities at this hotel really made it. We had access to 3 pools, activities for adults and kids daily. We could always find a lounger. They also provide an hourly bus down to the beach as the hotel is in a hilly area. Definitely would go again and recommend to friends. Special mention to Victor the life guard at pool 3!

Short Stay at Beverley Hills Heights

We only stayed one night as we had just decided to add an additional Day to our holiday staying at a different complex, but everything was perfect. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, a real credit to the place. We will look to come back again in the future for a longer stay.

Everything was lovely, suited our family of 5 perfectly. My little girl took a fall on one of the ramps by pool 3, both the lifeguard and the bar man came to know if we needed anything, so kind of them. Would have no hesitation in going back there. All facilities were being cleaned regularly, staff were all lovely.

It’s a lovely clean quiet complex. It’s at the top of a hill so the walk up can be challenging but the views once you get there are great. Make sure you get an ocean view room.

Ideal. Room had bit wear and tear but did not effect stay. Clean. Apartment was large. All amenities worked. Pool was nice. Lunch menu was good and reasonable priced. Was a struggle to get back up hill but only 20 mins walk to beach front.
