"Clean and comfortable hotel with good room amenities. The room had 3 different size pillows available. The room even have an international adapter for guests to use. Reception staff Linh (a lady, didn’t get her proper name) was very friendly and helpful. Other staffs were also very polite. Breakfast variety was good. Location of hotel is convenient. Shops, restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, were literally steps away, making it easy to find places to eat, things to do, and things to buy. It was also easy for tour companies to pick us up from the hotel. Henry, and the rest of the front desk staff were great, as were the staff in the breakfast room. I would definitely stay here again!"
